Carlos Alfonso Rodriguez, born in Buenos Aires, who graduated as a lawyer at the University of Morón in the year 1994. Since, he has specialized in Maritime and Insurance Law, rendering services particularly to mayor local insurance companies, clubs of foreign protection and indemnity, shipping companies, freight forwarders, importers and exporters.

He has taken part in several seminars and congresses. In the year 2006, he received a special mention awarded by the magazine Strategist in the competition Award of Insurance 2006, for the development of his idea on Insurance for Environmental Risks in the Republic of Argentina.
